These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Private Cleaner website at https://www.picmop.com, our quiz and checkout pages at https://ai-private-cleaner.fnlfx.com (or on a subdomain of picmop.com), the AI Private Cleaner App for iPhone available on the Apple App Store (the "App") and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by AdProfex Ltd, registration number HE 435565, Omonoias 13, SOHO EMBASSY, 3052 Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us"). By taking the quiz, purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AI Private Cleaner helps you free up storage on your iPhone. The App finds duplicate and similar photos, blurry photos, screenshots, short, long and duplicate videos, and duplicate and incomplete contacts, and lets you review and delete or merge them. AI Private Cleaner Premium ("Premium") is a paid subscription that unlocks all features of the App. Some features require a paid subscription.
You can buy Premium on our web pages. After payment, you install the App using the link shown to you and Premium is activated in the App automatically. You do not need to create an account on our website.
The App works only on an iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later. It is not available for Android or other devices. Please make sure you have a compatible iPhone before you buy.
2. Your content, deletions and estimates
The App analyses your photos, videos and contacts on your iPhone. We do not upload your photos, videos or contacts to our servers. The App needs your permission to access your photo library and contacts; if you do not give it, or give only limited access, some features will not work.
The App deletes or merges content only when you confirm it. You are responsible for checking what you select before you delete or merge it. Deleted photos and videos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album of the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for a limited time before removing them permanently. Deleted and merged contacts may not be recoverable. Changes you make also apply to any account your Photos or Contacts are synchronised with, such as iCloud. We recommend that you back up your device before a large cleanup. We are not responsible for content you choose to delete or merge.
The results of the quiz on our web pages, such as the estimated amount of clutter or storage you could free up, are illustrative estimates based on your answers. The actual results depend on your device, your library and how you use the App, and may differ.
3. Eligibility and use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. A minor may use the Service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.
Your purchase is linked to the email address you enter on our web pages, and Premium is linked to your copy of the App through the link you use to install it. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping the link and your purchase emails to yourself.
You must not:
- provide false information, impersonate anyone or use another person's payment method without permission;
- share, resell or transfer your subscription, or use automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Service;
- use the App on content or devices that you have no right to manage;
- interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it or use it for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access to Premium if you breach these rules.
4. Subscription, billing and automatic renewal
Subscriptions purchased on our web pages are sold by AdProfex Ltd. You can choose one of the following plans:

Prices are shown in US dollars, in pounds sterling for customers in the United Kingdom or in Japanese yen for customers in Japan, and include any applicable taxes. The price, the introductory period, the billing period and the renewal price of your plan are also shown on the checkout page before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or other fees.
When you buy a plan, you pay the introductory price for the introductory period. UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE INTRODUCTORY PERIOD ENDS, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUES AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CHARGED THE REGULAR PRICE OF YOUR PLAN — US$29.99 / £24.99 / ¥4,980 PER MONTH FOR THE 1-WEEK TRIAL AND 1-MONTH PLANS, OR US$149.99 / £124.99 / ¥24,800 PER YEAR FOR THE 1-YEAR PLAN — FOR EACH FOLLOWING BILLING PERIOD, UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
You can cancel at any time using the "Cancel subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email or by writing to support@picmop.com from the email address used for the purchase. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. A subscription purchased on our web pages is not managed through your Apple ID and cannot be cancelled in the App Store settings.
Payments by card or Apple Pay are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. We may change prices for future billing periods and will notify you in advance; if you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy at https://www.picmop.com/refund, which forms part of these Terms. Information for customers in Japan required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions is available at https://www.picmop.com/tokushoho.
Subscriptions purchased inside the App through the Apple App Store are billed, managed and refunded by Apple under Apple's terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.
6. Apple App Store
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use of the App is also subject to the App Store usage rules. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to the App.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including any warranty as to the amount of storage the App will free up, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including the loss of photos, videos or contacts that you chose to delete or merge. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the App, and you may ask us to delete your data at support@picmop.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts. Before starting any legal action, please contact us at support@picmop.com so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://www.picmop.com/terms. We will tell you about material changes in advance by email or on our website. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
